Elevator Maintenance and Repairs

The City of Richmond is seeking bids to establish a contract for annual elevator, lift, and escalator preventative maintenance and repair services. The contractor must have at least 10 years of experience in the elevator trade and must be NAEC-certified. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for additional years.
