Gardens, Morton and Washington Elementary Schools Paving and Sidewalk

Marysville Public Schools is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive paving, sidewalk, and utility improvements across three elementary schools (Gardens, Morton, and Washington). The work includes removal of existing pavement/sidewalk, cold milling, base preparation, hot‑mix asphalt placement, concrete sidewalk and driveway construction, storm‑water sewer installation, water‑line replacement, traffic control, pavement markings, and lawn restoration. • Approx. 6,250 sq ft of pavement/sidewalk removal and 2,300 sq ft of HMA cold milling. • Installation of 3,425 sq ft aggregate base and 1,575 tons hot‑mix asphalt. • Concrete work: 3,600 sf sidewalk, 160 sf driveway, plus related curb/gutter work. • Utilities: 290 ft of 24‑in. storm sewer, 200 ft of 4‑in. water line replacement, and associated drainage structures. • Additional tasks: traffic control, pavement markings, and lawn restoration to complete the site improvements.
