Hot Water Tank Replacement and (2) Make-Up Air Units

The City of Casper is seeking a prime MEP consulting firm to design, bid‑assist, and administer the replacement of a hot‑water tank at the Recreation Center and two make‑up‑air units at the Senior Center. The consultant will investigate existing conditions, produce construction‑drawings and specifications, provide cost estimates, support the bidding process, and manage construction administration through startup, testing, and close‑out. • Serve as the single point‑of‑contact MEP engineer, coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and controls disciplines. • Deliver full design packages (drawings, specs, cost opinion) for public bidding, and provide ongoing construction administration and commissioning support. • Complete all phases by May 28 2027, with a proposal deadline of October 22 2026.
