Description
The City of Santa Fe is procuring Mountain River Consulting, Inc. on a sole‑source basis to provide end‑to‑end technical and application support for converting the legacy JD Edwards UCIS billing system to the new Advanced CIS platform. The work includes pre‑conversion data cleansing, execution of load‑file conversion scripts, validation of converted data, high‑level review within the CIS (Infinity) environment, and ongoing testing/ticket support throughout the engagement. The effort is scoped at 1,200 billable hours at $250 per hour, for a total base fee of $300,000, with the possibility of additional hours subject to prior approval. The contract period runs from September 10 2026 through June 30 2027.
• Convert JD Edwards World UCIS data to Advanced CIS load files (three separate conversions).
• Perform pre‑conversion queries/reports to clean and correct data.
• Execute load‑file programs and transfer files to Advanced’s FTP server.
• Update and maintain CIS Data Validation spreadsheets; verify record counts with Advanced staff.
• Conduct high‑level data reviews in the Infinity CIS environment to ensure correct field mapping.
• Provide testing, ticket resolution, and ongoing technical support.
• Billing on a time‑and‑material basis with weekly invoicing; travel and per‑diem expenses reimbursable.
