Provide Routine Engineering Services for Sewer Projects in

The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications from persons or firms interested in providing Professional Engineering Services for Sewer Projects in Jefferson Parish Department of Engineering. The selected firms will be eligible for award of routine sewer contracts for a two-year period. The firms must have at least one principal who is a professional engineer registered in the State of Louisiana, and a professional in charge of the project who is also a professional engineer with a minimum of five years of experience. The firms will be evaluated based on their professional training and experience, size of firm, capacity for timely completion of work, past performance, location of the principal office, and prior successful completion of projects. • The total engineering fee for each assignment will not exceed $500,000. • The firms will be compensated on an hourly rate basis or a fixed fee basis, depending on the scope and complexity of the work. • The Parish reserves the right to determine the method of payment for each individual assignment. • The firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications by the deadline, and only electronic submissions via Jefferson Parish's e-Procurement site will be accepted.
