Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a design-build contractor to replace the roof systems at the TX068 facility in Seagoville, Texas. The project includes the replacement of EPDM membrane roofs, standing seam metal roofs, and the installation of new flashing, penetrations, and curbs. The contractor will be responsible for designing and constructing the new roof systems, including the preparation of complete construction documents, construction drawings, specifications, and design analysis. The project also includes the replacement of deteriorated joint sealants, the installation of new splash blocks, and the removal of existing insulation. The contractor will be required to coordinate with the Contracting Officer and the building occupants to ensure that the work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
