Notice of Intent to Sole Source: ReadySuite Software

The U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for United States Attorneys, intends to award a sole source contract to KLDiscovery Ontrack LLC for the ReadySuite software with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Network Software Subscription. The software is used by the Litigation Technology Service Center (LTSC) for converting, creating, filtering, merging, manipulating, reviewing, and validating standard litigation support load files.
