DIGITAL DROPLET PCR INSTRUMENT

Iowa State University is seeking a digital droplet PCR machine for studying gene expression, copy number variation, detecting rare variants and genome edits, and measuring pathogen loads across various research areas. The equipment will be housed in the university's DNA Facility. Suppliers must submit their proposals through the ISUBid system and comply with the requirements of the RFP/RFQ documents. The university may reject proposals that fail to comply with the requirements. • The proposal must include all requirements, terms, or conditions the contractor may have. • The contractor must identify all parties involved in the performance of the contract. • The contractor must clearly state any exceptions to or deviations from the RFP/RFQ documents. • The university may request additional documents or proposal clarifications after the due date and time for proposal submission. • The university may reject the proposal if the contractor fails to provide the additional documents or clarifications. • The university may waive any irregularities, technicalities, or informalities in proposals if such waiver does not substantially change the offer or provide a competitive advantage to any contractor.
