USED OIL AND HYDROCARBON COLLECTION SERVICES

Knox County is seeking a vendor to provide used oil and hydrocarbon collection services at various locations throughout the county. The successful vendor will be responsible for collecting and processing used oil and hydrocarbons, including used motor oil, antifreeze, used oil absorbents, and oil filters. The vendor will also be required to provide vacuum truck services to clean and loosen debris from collection tanks. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the option to extend for up to four additional years. • The vendor must have experience in used oil and hydrocarbon collection and processing. • The vendor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services. • The vendor must be able to provide a detailed plan for collecting and processing used oil and hydrocarbons. • The vendor must be able to provide proof of insurance and certifications. • The vendor must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
