R--Neutral Services Supporting the Nuclear Regulatory

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking a contractor to provide neutral services supporting the Office of Enforcement's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program. The program aims to resolve disputes in a timely and economical manner, and the contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services, including intake neutral services and maintenance of a nationwide roster of qualified individuals to perform neutral services. The contractor will also be required to process each case in a timely and efficient manner and aid parties in resolving disputes related to the program.
