Description
The California Department of Transportation is seeking bids for Stockpiled Debris Hauling Services in Santa Clara, San Francisco, and San Mateo Counties. The contractor will provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, travel, and incidentals necessary to haul and dispose of stockpiled debris from predesignated State highway sites. The debris to be hauled includes sweeper waste, highway debris, asphalt grindings, and other nonhazardous wastes.
• The contractor must possess a valid Motor Carrier Permit issued from the California Department of Motor Vehicles and a valid registration with the Department of Industrial Relations.
• The contractor must be located within 40 driving miles of 380 Foster City Blvd, Foster City, CA 94404.
• The contract requires Prevailing Wages if the total bid amount exceeds $15,000.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, insurance, and environmental protection.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
