Description
DeSoto County Schools is seeking vendors to supply a comprehensive list of janitorial cleaning products and paper supplies for the entire district. The procurement will be conducted via an unpriced proposal process followed by an electronic reverse auction. The contract term runs from November 6 2026 through September 30 2027, with up to nine purchase orders issued during that period. Vendors must provide product samples (including trash‑can liners) by the proposal deadline, carry required insurance, and deliver all items FOB destination with delivery windows between 9 am‑2 pm at each school location. The award will be announced early November, and the successful vendor will be responsible for on‑time delivery, invoicing, and compliance with all district specifications.
