Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to RADFORMATION, INC. for ChartCheck Software License/3-YR Subscription at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas. The contractor shall provide non-personal services, including software installation, training, and maintenance. The contract is expected to be awarded on December 1, 2025, with a performance period of 48 months.
