Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Highland High School Auditorium Orchestra & Band Addition and Renovations

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to contract with a single qualified firm to provide Construction Manager At Risk construction services for design support preconstruction and possible construction of the Highland High School project. The project includes an auditorium, orchestra, and band addition and renovations. The selected firm will be responsible for providing construction management services, including preconstruction, construction, and post-construction services. The firm will also be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the District. Some key aspects of the project include: • The project will be funded using other District funds, not bonds or adjacent ways • The project will be completed in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of work/services, and specifications of the Solicitation • The selected firm will be required to provide a bid bond, certificate of insurance, and other documents as part of the proposal • The District reserves the right to cancel the Contract at any time, with or without cause, and to reject any and all proposals • The selected firm will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and District policies, including those related to asbestos and hazardous materials.
