Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking vendors to provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to repair exterior finishes at the Fresno VA Medical Center. The project includes building envelope repairs, glazing and roofing system repairs and replacements, vestibule renovations, and the installation of new access. The contractor must demonstrate experience in similar projects, including work in occupied or mission-critical environments. Key aspects of the project include:
• Exterior envelope repairs to building 1 and OPC elements
• Glazing and roofing system repairs and replacements
• Vestibule renovations
• Installation of new access

The contractor will be evaluated based on their past performance, project team and experience, project schedule, and cost/price.
