Rhino Tools Guardrail Pro Pile Driver

The Minnesota Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the purchase of one new Rhino Tools Guardrail Pro Omni Adjustable Pile Driver or a MnDOT approved equal. The contract is anticipated to be from June 11, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with the option to extend up to one year. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $48,000 to $55,000. Responders must submit their bids through the SWIFT Supplier Portal, and late responses will not be considered. • The bidder must provide equipment sales literature, technical data, or specifications, a user manual, or other documentation about the product upon request by the State. • The bidder must submit an itemized quote detailing all options offered in response to the solicitation. • The bidder must submit Attachment A: Responder Declarations and Attachment D: Responder Submittals. • The bidder must not submit trade secret material, as defined by Minn. Stat. § 13.37.
