Description
The Township of Evesham is seeking a qualified New Jersey‑licensed attorney (or law firm) to handle all tax‑lien foreclosure matters for the 2026 fiscal year. The contractor will initiate, prosecute, and close In Rem foreclosure actions, coordinate with township tax staff, and deliver final title‑clearance documents for properties within the municipality.
• Minimum 5 years experience litigating tax‑lien foreclosures for NJ municipalities.
• Must submit a single fixed‑price fee for the full 2026 contract year (no hourly ranges).
• Required compliance with Chapter 27 (pay‑to‑play), OFAC, Iran investment, and Russia/Belarus certifications.
• Deliverables include all pleadings, motions, court filings, and final title‑clearance paperwork; travel must be pre‑approved.
• Proposal package: hard‑copy + PDF on flash drive, executive summary, staffing plan, references, and numerous compliance forms, due by 10:00 a.m. on January 9 2026.
