Description
The City of Hazlehurst is seeking bids for the design and construction of a 90'x100' maintenance hangar at the Hazlehurst Municipal Airport. The project includes site preparation, foundation work, and the installation of a pre-engineered metal building with a 80'x22' bi-fold hangar door. The successful bidder will be required to complete the work within 210 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed.
• The project requires a 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond.
• The bidder must have the necessary equipment to complete the project within the specified timeframe.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable regulations, including the Buy American Preferences, Foreign Trade Restriction, and Davis-Bacon Act.
• The bidder must make good faith efforts to subcontract 0.00% of the dollar value of the prime contract to small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
• The bidder must provide documentation demonstrating that it made good faith efforts in attempting to meet the contract goal stated herein.
