CWA2406/2409: GROUNDWATER PLANT GENERATOR & RIGHT ANGLE DRIVE (RAD) MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

The City of Sugar Land is seeking bids for the Groundwater Plant Generator & Right Angle Drive (RAD) Maintenance Program. The project involves the installation of a new diesel generator, base fuel tank, and automatic transfer switch at the Sugar Creek Water Plant and the rehabilitation of the existing automatic transfer switch and installation of a new diesel generator at the First Colony Water Plant. The contractor will be responsible for preparing the site, constructing new concrete foundations, slabs, platforms, grating, and handrails, and performing final site grading. The contractor will also furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the work as specified. • The project includes the installation of new diesel generators and automatic transfer switches at two water plants. • The contractor will be responsible for site preparation, construction, and final site grading. • The project requires the furnishing of all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals. • The contractor must comply with the City of Sugar Land's standard contract for civil engineering construction projects. • The contractor must provide and maintain the minimum insurance coverages required under the contract.
