The City of Lake Charles is seeking qualified contractors to execute a comprehensive drainage‑infrastructure upgrade throughout multiple streets in Lake Charles. The work includes demolition of existing concrete structures, excavation, installation of new storm‑drain pipes, manholes, catch basins, curbs, sidewalks, and related temporary erosion‑control measures, plus optional Cured‑in‑Place Pipe (CIPP) lining and bypass pumping.
