Refurbishing Medical Mobile Unit

The University seeks a qualified contractor to fully refurbish a 38‑foot mobile medical bus. Work includes demolition of existing medical interiors, structural modifications, mechanical and electrical inspections, installation of new medical equipment, interior and exterior graphic wraps, flooring, cabinetry, HVAC and generator tune‑up, and final delivery to the College of Nursing in Auburn. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and project management to complete the conversion within an 8‑10‑week schedule, delivering the finished vehicle by mid‑ to late‑January. • Demolition, wall/ceiling repair, and removal of existing finishes. • Installation of new luxury vinyl flooring, cabinets, countertops, bulkhead wall, and medical equipment (exam tables, Welch Allyn kits, stools, etc.). • Full mechanical inspection, generator tune‑up, HVAC check, and installation of two internet‑capable TVs and a medical refrigerator. • Production and installation of exterior and interior graphics on Avery 1105 material in a temperature‑controlled environment. • Project management, coordination, and all necessary permits with delivery to 710 S.
