6515--1.0mm and 1.9mm EndoInspect Fiberscopes - Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, is intending to negotiate a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price, Purchase Order for 1.0mm and 1.9mm EndoInspect Fiberscopes. The contractor shall provide the specified commercial equipment and services. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. • The contractor must provide 3 units of 1.0mm X 190cm Endoinspect Videoscope and 3 units of 1.9mm X 190cm Endoinspect Videoscope. • The equipment must have an IP68 rating, be able to withstand continuous immersion in water, and be compatible with hospital-approved disinfectants. • The contractor must be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for this requirement. • The procurement is being conducted under Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
