Description
The Department of State Hospitals (Coalinga campus) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive Legionella Water Management Services on an as‑needed basis. The contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, sampling, testing, reporting, and corrective disinfection needed to keep hospital water systems compliant with Title 22, Joint Commission, and DOJ standards. Services are performed Monday‑Friday during normal business hours and include quarterly sampling, data analysis, program support, and on‑call assistance.
• Collect ≥ 30 Legionella water samples each quarter (≈ 120 samples/yr) plus up to 120 additional samples if required.
• Provide program‑support activities: update the water‑management plan, issue quarterly reports, recommend control measures, and perform disinfection when needed.
• Meet extensive security, background‑check, insurance, and data‑privacy requirements; obtain badge access and adhere to hospital safety policies.
