The borescope should have a 3.9mm x 1.5m insertion tube, four-way joystick-controlled articulation, forward view camera, 720x720 resolution, 3D measurement, fiber optic illumination, and a ruggedized carrying case with all accessories. The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and provide a detailed capabilities statement and pricing breakdown. The award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
