Request for Proposals - On-Call Architectural and Engineering Services

The County of Sacramento is seeking on-call architectural and engineering consulting services for its airports, including Sacramento International Airport. The selected consultants will enter into master agreements with the County for a defined term and not-to-exceed maximum compensation amounts. The scope of services includes planning, programming, feasibility analysis, design services, cost estimating, and construction administration. The County is looking for consultants with experience in providing services to public agencies or clients of comparable size and complexity. • The County owns and operates four airports in Sacramento County. • The selected consultants will provide on-call services in various disciplines, including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical/plumbing, electrical, and cost estimating. • The consultants will be required to comply with federal, state, and local codes and regulations. • The County reserves the right to exercise discretion in task order assignments to ensure timely delivery, quality performance, and the best interests of the County.
