Description
The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal is seeking a six-wheel drive (6x6) utility vehicle and upfit package to support mission-critical testing and development ranges on Redstone Arsenal. The vehicle should meet National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, and Army Installation Wildland Fire Program Implementation Guidance. The required features include a standard color powder-coat finish, tactical assault bumper, modular front rack system, high payload bed, and multi-mount winch package. The vehicle should also have a wide stance package, HO LED lighting kit, EMS lighting kit, reinforced HD electric bed tilt, and enhanced cooling package.
• The vehicle should have a passenger-configured hose mount/pass-through and fire apparatus with a 100+ gallon capacity.
• The vehicle should have a retractable 50' hose, hose expansion, nozzle, draft, and foam kits.
• The vehicle should have a custom-tuned suspension and adjustable A-arm/bushings upgrade.
• The vehicle should have half doors, full skid protection, windshield, glass, vented, surround mirrors, backup and cargo camera, sport roof, and roof rack.
• The vehicle should have a street-legal package with a backup alarm and turn signal kit.
The offeror should provide the unit price for each item and total amount, including shipping charges and any additional discounts. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the offeror whose quote is the lowest price technically acceptable that meets product and delivery requirements.
