Water Filled Barriers

The City of Indianapolis and Marion County is seeking quotes for water filled barriers. The barriers must be approved by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for current standards of crash resistance and must be able to connect with other barrier sections. The barriers must also be able to hold a flashing 360-degree barricade light and have two forklift holes to allow fully filled sections to be lifted and relocated.
