Description
The U.S. Embassy in Ankara, Türkiye, is seeking catering services to support the Independence Day Reception on 9 September 2026, from 14:00 to 17:00. The catering services should meet the Government's salient characteristics, be freshly prepared, compliant with applicable Turkish food safety and health regulations, and sufficient to accommodate the expected number of guests for the duration of the reception.
• The services shall be performed at the garden of a U.S. Embassy Residence, Ankara, Türkiye.
• The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order/contract to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforms to the RFQ and is lowest priced technically acceptable.
• The RFQ will state the quotation due date, delivery schedule, evaluation factors, and all terms and conditions.
