Office Chairs and Tables

The Indian Health Service is seeking to purchase office chairs and tables for the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility. The contract includes 22 executive high back leather chairs, 4 big and tall executive chairs, 32 flip top tables, 16 bonded leather high black chairs, 10 stack chairs with arms, and 32 power/data ports. The vendor shall provide make, model, and colors for each item, as well as warranty information and shipping details. • The chairs and tables will be used in the conference room, library, and inpatient meeting room. • The current furniture is showing signs of wear and tear, which causes infection control issues. • The new furniture will include data ports to alleviate tangling of wires and meet the needs of electrical outlets. • The vendor shall provide all listed items at one time, with no back stock allowed. • The shipping address is Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, State Hwy 371 & Route 9, Crownpoint, NM 87313.
