The County is seeking a qualified general contractor to construct a ~2,270 SF addition to the Centerville Senior Center in Snellville, GA. The work includes new interior activity and storage space, exterior envelope (roof membrane, insulation, metal doors, expansion joints), site‑work (soil removal, sod/topsoil), utility connections, fire‑protection, low‑voltage and security system integration, and coordination with the County’s existing building systems.
