The Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive yearly inspection, preventive maintenance, and semi‑annual load‑bank testing for a 500 kW Cummins generator located at the Prep Center in Uniontown, AL. The work must adhere to NFPA 70 and NFPA 110 standards, include emergency response capability, and meet strict licensing, insurance, and certification requirements. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid site visit on May 21, 2026 and sign in; failure to do so results in bid rejection. The contract is initially for a 12‑month base period with up to four optional 12‑month extensions, for a potential total term of five years.
