Description
The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a qualified printer to produce 100 copies of the “12 Step Stair Manual” for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The books must be coil‑bound, include black‑plastic tabs with Mylar reinforcement, and meet specific JCP paper and quality‑level standards. The contractor will receive a single PDF source file, be responsible for typesetting the tab pages, providing an electronic proof, and delivering the finished manuals to the VA medical center in Indianapolis, IN by June 1 2026.
• 100 coil‑bound manuals, 8½ × 11 in, black plastic coil, with 12 tab dividers (Mylar reinforced).
• Printing either offset or digital, meeting Quality Level III (≥ 150‑line screen, ≥ 1200 × 1200 dpi × 1‑bit).
• JCP paper specs: Covers L10 100 lb gloss, Text A80 60 lb opacified, Tabs K10 90 lb.
• Delivery FOB destination to VA Medical Center, Indianapolis, IN; packaging, labeling, and GPO Form 905 required.
