SPECIAL NOTICE / INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE CSU Blood Gas Analyzer Service Agreement

The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a sole source contract to Radiometer America, Inc. for a service and support agreement for the ABL90 Flex Plus Blood Gas Analyzer. The contract will be a firm fixed price base plus four option year contract, with a period of performance from April 01, 2026 through March 31, 2027, and each option year starting on April 1st and running until March 31st. The total estimated value of the contract is around $25,000.00. • The contract is for a commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) service and support agreement. • The ABL90 Flex Plus Blood Gas Analyzer is manufactured by Radiometer America, Inc. • The contract is based on intellectual property copyright holder of the ABL90 Blood Gas Analyzer owned by the company. • Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
