This solicitation seeks a certified small business to provide daytime janitorial services for the Riverside DMV Investigations Office for a three‑year term. The contractor must staff at least two primary janitors and two backups, perform daily cleaning of high‑touch surfaces, restrooms, and office areas during DMV business hours, and meet strict California wage, background‑check, and insurance requirements. The work includes routine daily tasks, weekly dusting, bi‑weekly floor finishing, monthly reporting, quarterly deep‑cleaning, and annual carpet extraction.
