Northern Illinois Community Charging Program IFB

The Illinois Finance Authority is seeking bids for the Northern Illinois Community Charging Program. The program involves the installation, operation, and maintenance of Level 2 and DC Fast Charging community electric vehicle charging stations at designated public sites across Cook, Lake, Will, DuPage, and Kane Counties. The scope of work includes equipment, architectural and engineering, and construction services. Bidders must submit their bids through BidBuy, and the bid must remain firm for 90 days from opening. The State will evaluate bids based on price, responsibility, and responsiveness. • The bid must include a Vendor Disclosure or IPG Active Registered Vendor Disclosure, an Offer to the State of Illinois, a Contract, References, and a BEP Utilization Plan. • The bid must be submitted electronically through BidBuy. • The State reserves the right to amend the solicitation, reject any or all bids, and waive minor defects. • The State will post a notice to the Bulletin identifying the apparent low-cost bidder.
