Security Services

The North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking a vendor to provide unarmed uniformed security and services. The vendor will be responsible for providing labor, equipment, vehicles, and supervision to ensure compliance with NCDOT's physical security policies and procedures. The contract term is three years, with the option to extend. The vendor must attend a mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference and submit questions and proposals according to the specified schedule. • The vendor must provide security personnel, including security officers, SOC operators, and uniformed sworn police officers. • The vendor must provide equipment, including patrol cars and golf carts. • The vendor must provide vehicles for the Rocky Mount DMV HQ location. • The vendor must comply with NCDOT's physical security policies and procedures. • The vendor must provide a pricing form, including estimated hours and hourly rates for each role. • The vendor must provide a certification of financial condition and other required attachments.
