UNR - Repair Campus Elevators for State Compliance

The University of Nevada, Reno is seeking a contractor to furnish and install elevator safety enhancements across the campus in accordance with changes to the adopted Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 455C.500. The project is a prevailing wage project and requires the contractor to coordinate construction in a manner that does not impact scheduled UNR events. The contractor must also provide an anticipated schedule prior to the start of work. The estimated cost range for the project is $590,350 to $690,350, and the completion of work is scheduled to begin on December 1, 2025, and be fully complete by May 1, 2026.
