Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide park attendant services at J. Strom Thurmond Lake. The contract will be for a base year with an option to extend for an additional year. The contractor will be responsible for providing services such as campground maintenance, customer service, and park operations. The contract is a firm fixed price contract, and the period of performance will be from 18 March 2026 to 15 September 2026, with an option to extend from 24 March 2027 to 14 September 2027.
• The contractor will be required to provide services at two campgrounds: Petersburg Campground and Winfield Campground.
• The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the campgrounds, including cleaning and restocking facilities, and performing minor repairs.
• The contractor will also be required to provide customer service, including answering questions and resolving issues.
• The contract will be awarded based on a competitive quote process, and the contractor will be required to provide a firm fixed price for the services.
