Description
The United States Marshals Service (USMS) intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract to Axon Enterprise Inc. for an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) for the Axon Evidence Moderate Authorized certified Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS). The USMS Office of the Information Technology Division (ITD), Body Worn Camera Program Office (BWCPO) has a continuing need to procure this ELA to support the agency-wide Body Worn Camera (BWC) program. The core functions and mission-critical operations include implementing, overseeing, and maintaining the devices, software, and platforms that support the required or otherwise authorized use of BWCs during USMS operations.
• The contract is for a Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS)
• The system will be used to support the agency-wide Body Worn Camera (BWC) program
• The contract has an estimated value of $32,263,721.88
• The period of performance is from 1/1/2026 to 12/31/2031
• Services will be performed virtually/CONUS
