Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue a Sole Source contract for the purchase of a Polymedco DIANA Sensor for the Alexandria LA VAMC. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price type contract, and only one responsible source can provide the required equipment. Interested parties may submit information for consideration by the government, but they must provide clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the government. The required equipment includes an OC-Sensor DIANA FOBT Analyzer with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
* The contract is for a single award.
* The equipment must be provided with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
* Interested parties must submit information for consideration by the government by 4:00 PM (CST) on 4/13/2026.
* Prospective non-OEM contractors must provide an authorization letter from the manufacturer identifying they are authorized to provide the required Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts/equipment.
