Description
This RFP seeks a contractor to provide on‑call maintenance services for LED streetlights owned and operated by Los Angeles County. The contractor will be responsible for responding to service calls, performing repairs, replacements, routine inspections, and ensuring that street lighting remains functional and compliant with safety standards. The contract is structured as a “prime” or “sub” opportunity, allowing both lead firms and subcontractors to compete. All bids must be submitted electronically through the BidExpress portal.
• Provide emergency and routine maintenance for county‑owned LED streetlights on an as‑needed basis.
• Respond to service calls, diagnose faults, replace faulty components (lamps, drivers, poles, etc.), and perform preventive upkeep.
