The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a sole‑source purchase order to Abbott Laboratories, Inc. for annual original equipment manufacturer (OEM) service, maintenance, repairs, and technology upgrades of Abbott electrophysiology systems used at the Iowa City VA Health Care System.
