Description
The Westbury Union Free School District is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive Guidance Program Counseling Data Services for the 2025‑2026 school year, with optional extensions up to four years. The scope includes developing and delivering professional‑development training, virtual coaching, leadership workshops, data analysis, and equity‑focused counseling program transformation. Deliverables encompass two days of onsite training, three hours of virtual coaching, monthly leadership learning sessions, and provision of required textbooks. The contract runs from August 15 2025 to June 30 2026 and will be awarded based on 50 % qualifications and 50 % price.
• Develop and implement a full‑scale professional‑development curriculum for counselors and administrators aligned with MTSS and equity goals.
• Provide on‑site (2‑day) and virtual (3‑hour coaching, monthly 1.5‑hour leadership sessions) instruction, toolkit materials, and ongoing evaluation reports.
• Conduct aggregate and disaggregated student‑data analysis to reduce gaps in attendance, discipline, and achievement, and produce actionable reports for district leaders.
• Supply required textbooks and maintain compliance with state data‑privacy, insurance, and FOIL requirements.
