Knopp Automated Voltage Transformer Testing System

The Snohomish County PUD is seeking a vendor to provide a Knopp Automated Voltage Transformer Testing System. The system will be used by the Meter Shop for testing equipment for voltage transformers. The vendor must provide a bid that includes all costs, including freight and delivery. The bid must be submitted electronically through the Public Purchase website. The District encourages minority and women’s business enterprises to request the Contract documents and to bid on this material/equipment. • The bid must include a bid security in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit payable to the District, or a Bid Bond in the form as attached and issued by a corporate surety licensed to do business in the State of Washington. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance security in the form of a Performance Bond, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Cashier’s Check, or Certified Check in an amount equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total amount bid, including tax. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection. • The vendor must provide a warranty for the goods and services provided, and must indemnify the District against any claims or damages arising from the vendor’s performance. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance and must comply with all District insurance requirements.
