Description
The Academic 004 Lecture Hall Renovation project involves the modernization of an existing 1,500 square foot lecture hall to ensure ADA-compliant access. The scope of work includes new ceilings, lighting, wall and floor finishes, seating, and furniture, as well as updates to the HVAC ductwork and the installation of geo foam to raise the finish elevation of the speaker floor level. The successful contractor will be responsible for all construction services, including project leadership, construction services, and post-construction services.
• The project has a construction budget of $500,000.
• The project is expected to be completed within 106 days.
• The contractor will be required to provide a 5% proposal security and payment bonds.
• The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with ASU, its Owners’ Representative, and the Design Professionals to successfully complete the project.
• The contractor will be required to submit a HUB Subcontracting Plan as part of their proposal.
