Fleet Fuel System Services, Repair, Maintenance, and Parts: Phase 2

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking a vendor to provide fuel system repairs and parts for the Gasboy / Gilbarco fuel dispensing system on an as-needed basis. The vendor must be able to provide Sourcewell pricing for all Gasboy parts and have been in the business of providing fuel system repair for a minimum of 5 years. The initial term of the agreement is 3 years from the date of contract execution, and may be renewed for a period not to exceed the initial contract term. The estimated annual expenditure is approximately $25,000. • The vendor must be certified, licensed, and permitted to work on Gasboy/Gilbarco fuel pumps. • The vendor must be an authorized reseller of Gasboy / Gilbarco parts. • The vendor shall own or have immediate access to the equipment required to provide maintenance and repair services. • The vendor must have sufficient inventory of original equipment manufacturers (OEM) repair parts and materials to meet the repair requirements of Fleet Management. • The vendor must provide services without the use of subcontractors. • The vendor must obtain the minimum insurance requirements set forth in the base agreement. • The vendor must provide Sourcewell pricing for all Gasboy parts. • The vendor must be able to respond to the specified work location within a 24-hour timeframe once notified.
