Sewer Planning Basic Ordering Agreement

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is seeking a consultant to provide sewer planning services under a Basic Ordering Agreement. The consultant will be responsible for updating and calibrating WSSC's sewer basin hydraulic models, analyzing and evaluating the wastewater network, and providing recommendations for system improvements. The scope of work includes updating the model network, calibrating the updated model, developing and distributing future sanitary flows, and evaluating the capacity of the sewer system. The consultant must have experience in hydraulic modeling, sewer network analysis, and system planning. • The consultant must have a minimum of five years of experience in sewer planning and hydraulic modeling. • The consultant must have experience in designing and evaluating wastewater pumping stations and wastewater networks. • The consultant must have a strong understanding of hydraulic modeling and analysis. • The consultant must be able to work effectively with WSSC staff and other stakeholders. • The consultant must be able to provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
