The purpose of this amendment is to answer a question from the RFIs received that was not answered in the previous amendment. The project involves upgrading the Master Boiler Program Logic Controls at the St. Louis Jefferson Barracks VAMC. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary materials and labor to complete the project. * The project is located at the St. Louis Jefferson Barracks VAMC. * The contractor will be required to provide all necessary materials and labor to complete the project. * The VA has satisfied all Buy American Waivers, if applicable, and sole source requirements as needed. * The contractor will be required to acknowledge any and all Amendments issued pursuant to this solicitation.
