RFC Regional Recycling and Waste Diversion Education and Outreach Coordinator

The State of Connecticut is seeking a Regional Recycling and Waste Diversion Education and Outreach Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for providing education and outreach services to promote recycling and waste diversion in the region. The job categories include education and training services, hazardous waste disposal, refuse collection and disposal, nonhazardous waste disposal, waste incineration services, recycling services, landfill services, and refuse disposal and treatment. • Education and outreach services to promote recycling and waste diversion • Coordination with local communities and organizations to implement recycling programs • Development of educational materials and programs to promote recycling and waste diversion • Collaboration with other agencies and organizations to achieve regional waste reduction goals • Other duties as assigned.
