The U.S. Navy, via NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka, is establishing a single‑award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide 24/7 towing, recovery, and winching services for Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz in Guam. The BPA will be open for a five‑year ordering period (30 Oct 2026 – 29 Oct 2031) and does not guarantee a minimum volume; the Government anticipates roughly $20,000 in spend per 12‑month period but actual orders will depend on mission‑critical vehicle incidents. Offerors must demonstrate capability to meet strict response‑time requirements (45 min for emergencies and standard service, 60 min for after‑hours/remote calls), possess appropriate licenses, DBIDS base access, and maintain required insurance coverage.
